Welcome to Pawmi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pawmi Discord bot ("Pawmi", "the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"). By inviting Pawmi to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms.

By using Pawmi, you confirm that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country)
You have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of your Discord server

Without violating Discord's Terms of Service
Without attempting to disrupt or harm the Bot or its services
Without using automated systems to interact with the Bot excessively

3. Prohibited Activities

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Bot
Use Pawmi to spam, harass, or harm others
Impersonate Pawmi or its developers
Use Pawmi in servers that promote hate speech, violence, or NSFW content involving minors

Pawmi may collect and store certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. This may include:

Server IDs for configuration purposes
User IDs for features like leveling systems
Command usage data for analytics and improvement

We will never sell your data to third parties.

We reserve the right to:

Restrict access to the Bot for any server or user violating these Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Pawmi is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any damages or losses resulting from Bot usage
Service interruptions or data loss
User-generated content or actions
